Q 1: Do you have disability Units?
A: We have a limited number of disability/accessible Studio Units on the ground floor.
Q 2: Do you have Ground Floor Units Available?
A: We have a limited number of studio units available on the ground floor.
Q 3: Is there free car parking?
A: Yes there is a free carpark for our guests
Q 4: Are there laundry facilities onsite?
A: Yes we have laundry facilities on site. We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer for guest use. Washing powder can be purchased from reception.
Q 5: Do you have a free airport shuttle?
A: No we do not provide free airport shuttle. We can organise a taxi or shuttle for you from reception.
Q 6: How frequently are rooms serviced?
A: Our rooms are serviced daily, unless requested otherwise.
Q 7: When do you receive the bond back after checkout?
A: Your bond is refunded back to you upon checkout the same way it was paid provided the key is returned, there are no damages or smoking in the room.
Q 8: Do you have family units available?
A: Yes, all our family units are located upstairs and can sleep upto 4 people. Please note that there are internal stairs in all family units.
Q 9: Is there a restaurant on-site?
A: Valentine's buffet restaurant is located on-site, however we cannot offer charge-back options with Valentines. There is a 24 hour Denny's restautant just a 2 minute walk from the motel and many takeaway options just around the corner.
Q 10: Is there a supermarket or shops nearby?
A: Yes, there is a Countdown/Woolworths supermarket opposite the road at the Manukau Shopping Mall.
Q 11: Are there Portacots available?
A: There is a porta-cot available that can be booked subject to availability.
Q 12: Can we have a late check out or early check in?
A: We can organise a late check our or early check in based on availability. There are additional charges that may apply based on how late/early you need to check in/out.
