Rayland Motel is a 40 room motel located in Manukau, just off Great South Road and the Southern Motorway onramps and offramps. We have a selection of studio units (sleeping up to 3 occupants) and family units (sleeping up to 4 occupants). A deluxe family unit is also available for up to 6 occupants. We offer free car parking for all our guests.

We have a limited number of disability/accessible studio units on the ground floor. Please contact us directly to check for availability for these units.

We are just opposite Rainbow’s End and Westfield Manukau, both within a 5 minute walk. Other facilities and venues close by are:-
•Due Drops Events Centre (3 minute drive or a 12 minute walk)
•Manukau Sports Bowl (5 Minute drive or 20 minute walk)
•Auckland Airport (15-20 minute drive)
•Auckland CBD (20 minute drive)
•The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (within 5 minute walk)

A 24 hour Denny’s Restaurant is just a 2 minute walk away as well as many eateries nearby. Valentine’s Restaurant is also next door. A Woolworth’s supermarket is across the road at Manukau Westfield.
All our rooms have a heat pump/air conditioning unit, TV, kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge and hotplate. Free Wifi is available for guests.
We have laundry facilities on site. A coin operated washing machine and dryer are available for guest use at a cost. Washing powder can be purchased from reception.
As we are conveniently located close to many popular venues, we can accommodate group bookings such as sports teams or groups that are here for events at either the Due Drop Events Centre or Manukau Sports Bowl.

We are also the closest accommodation to the new Auckland Temple (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), which is just within a 5 minute walk from the motel.
